remodeling and room addition projects run just like our
custom home projects. We work with the client from the
concept and planning stage to the satisfactory delivery
of the end product, and we have a uniquely transparent
practice of giving clients direct visibility into all
project costs. Clients receive copies of estimates and
invoices from subcontractors and suppliers. We do not
add any charges or “pad” costs – ever. Our profit is
clearly documented as a single line item in the
contract. That is the only profit we take. If
subcontractor or supplier costs are lower that
estimated, that savings goes to the client.
Our team understands that remodeling and room addition
projects can be stressful for the homeowners as often
rough and dusty work is taking place in and around a
functioning family life, finished interior surfaces and
exterior gardens. Our team takes the extra steps
necessary to protect the surrounding property and to
cause as little disrutption to the family’s life as
possible. We keep things clean and orderly day-to-day
and protect nearby plants and finished surfaces. In
